The Equatemp® Dual Zone Hot Sprue Bushing (MD) is internally heated with two independently heated zones that provide temperature control and uniformity.

The Equatemp® Dual Zone Hot Sprue Bushing (MD) is an excellent choice for processing high heat engineering-grade resins as well as heat-sensitive resins.

Product Features

  • Each heater zone responds to any heat drainage instantly without affecting the other, thus avoiding overheating or freeze-off issues
  • Advantageous when high-temperature engineering resins are being processed
  • Interchangeable nozzle tips and replaceable thermocouples
  • Lengths to suit standard mold plate thickness
  • Available in 3/4”and 1” standard nozzle diameters
  • Retrofit cold sprue bushing without re-machining
