​What Is a Tubular Heater?

Tubular heaters are designed to form into almost any shape and be welded to any metal surface in order to effectively perform your heating requirements. Also known as sheath heaters, its design includes a protective metallic sheath (or pipe) that covers the heating wire. The gap surrounding the wire is then filled with magnesium oxide powder (MgO), which has a high resistance to electric current and is physically and chemically stable in high temperatures.
