FIREBAR® operates at a higher watt density without changing the sheath temperatures and can heat fluids from ambient temperatures much faster. It also allows you to place more wattage into applications at the same watt density without using a longer heating element. Its large flat surface areas enables it to operate at lower coil and sheath temperatuers which allows for longer life.

Incoloy and 304 stainless steel are available. Incoloy maximum sheath temperature is 1400°F (760°C). 304 stainless steel maximum temperatures is 1200°F (650°C).
Lead Wire Termination
Ranging from 194°F to 482°F (90°C to 250°C) construction. Standard lavacone seal protects against moisture and contaminants and provides superior dielectric strength for operations up to and including 480VAC. Silicone rubber or epoxy resin seals are available and recommended for oil and water heating applications.
