The patented pneumatic system is available in multiple sizes and a choice of two tip styles, giving the user even more control over the flow of material into the mold. MDi’s valve gate systems filter out debris that can get into the molding material, holding it in the debris catch zone. Cleaning the catch zone is a simple matter of unscrewing the piston in the back. Plus, valve pin adjustment is a breeze because MDi’s system accepts any valve pin in any location!
