Product Overview

With multiple tips and compact size, the Equatemp® Multi-Gate nozzles are ideal to produce complex small parts that require multiple gates in confined areas.

More Information

Direct gating in compact molds allows for controlled flow into small parts. Nozzles with multiple tips means fewer zones are required on temperature controllers. Equatemp® Multi-Gate nozzles are offered in two styles – Multi-Point Nozzles (MPN), which were specifically developed for acetal materials, and Multi-Tip Nozzles (MT). The number of tips range from 1-4 for smaller diameters while the larger diameters are available with 2 to 8 tips.
