Mica Strip Heaters are versatile, efficient and economical.

Overview

Chromalox Mica Strip Heaters are of the same construction as the mica band heater in a flat design. These are available in a wide range of sizes and configurations. The mica strip heaters furnish even heat distribution for use in hot plates, sealing equipment, hot stamping, dies, and molds with sheath temperatures up to 800°F (425°C).

Applications

  • Up to 70” in length
  • 120 and 240 Volt
  • Up to 800°F (426°C) Max. Sheath Temp.
  • Up to 600°F (315°C)  Max. Barrel Temp.
  • Heavy Duty Anti-torque Post Terminal (type P)
  • Type A Leads
