Our proprietary DB and DBW Band Heaters contain the legendary Chromalox PT style strip heater, which is formed to various standard diameters.

Overview

Chromalox High-Density Cylindrical Strip Heaters are available in 1 1/2" and 2 1/2" widths and come equipped with high temperature Inconel spring loaded clamps to combat thermal expansion at elevated temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C). DB and DBW bands became a standard on legacy Injection Molding machine barrels, solder pots, autoclaves and heat treating equipment.
