5 Gallon Pail Heater

| The 5 gallon pail heater is designed to heat standard metal 5 gallon pails. The chromel "A" open coil heating element located around the pail, not under it, virtually eliminates many of the problems associated with leaky pails. A built in thermostat maintains the ambient temperature around the enclosed pail at the selected temperature. This heater is available in 115V or 230V single phase. |

Drum Heaters are ideal for heating materials that require sensitive temperature control. Each unit heats and thermostatically controls the air temperature around the sides of the drum. This eliminates many of the problems associated with heaters that come into direct contact with the drum or contents. These heaters are available in a variety of voltages and wattages in both single and three phase. This heater is not recommended for use in hazardous areas or any typical Class I, Group D areas or where flammable vapors are present.

Maxi-Heaters are ideal for heating materials that require sensitive temperature control. These heaters are designed to accommodate a metal 55 gallon drum on the supplied drum dolly. They are available in 240V and 460V, 3phase, 6KW or 9KW. This heater is not recommended for use in hazardous areas or any typical Class I, Group D areas or where flammable vapors are present.

Base and Drum Heater or Base and Maxi-Heater
Base heaters are designed to be used in combination with the Drum Heater and the Maxi-Heater. Normally each will use its own power outlet. However it is possible to add a flanged receptacle to the above heaters so that the Base Heater can be controlled by the thermostat on the Drum or Maxi Heater. There are some wattage and voltage limitations using this option. Please contact Proheat for further information.
