The
Centipede™ Module Unit is a tiny 2"
(50.8mm) square and is located next to the cloth
heating jacket. Using a platinum RTD, this unit
controls the temperature within +/- 1F (0.55C). The
module stores temperature set-point, as well as low
and high alarm settings. The dual-colored LED displays

Centipede™ Operator Interface Unit monitors
the status of up to 40 modules; displaying actual temperature,
RTD status, temperature set-point, as well as high and
low alarm settings. The user can individually or globally
set multiple settings with an easy-to-operate interface.

Centipede™ CAT5 cable does all the legwork
of communicating between the operator interface and all
of the modules. The modules are daisy-chained with the
CAT5 cable to form a network. This network allows you
to easily control and monitor your cloth heating jacket
